If I could give this place less than one star, I would do so. I will simply report on my own experience. First off, I purchased an item less than two weeks ago. It stopped working two days ago. I went in with the original box and item. The mother refused to work with me and instantly called her son. I spoke over the phone with him. He refused to exchange my item. In looking at my recent purchases, I have spent over $100.00 within the last month and considered myself to be a good customer. I even had prepared for my girlfriend to go in and purchase a vapor kit for Christmas for me. Now, keep in mind, the item that needed replacement was $5.99. Instead I was instructed to contact the manufacturer. Meanwhile, I have no receipt to even show the company as they don't provide receipts. Originally, his words were, "don't worry, I will remember you and always take care of you". So much for that promise. I will NEVER enter that shop as long as I live. I live down the block and would rather take a trip miles away then deal with dishonstey. And  the saddest of all, is the mom could absolutely care less. It appeared that she was pleased to be rid of me. I was never anything but a gentleman and I'm floored from the treatment that I received. I highly recommend to stay away from this establishment. I have reported them to Eonsmoke and I will also be contracting the better business bureau. It's a shame people like this remain in business....although I cannot imagine they will last much longer if they continue to treat customers this way. An absolute disgrace...
