As a self proclaimed coffee guy with little to no experience in the world of Tea I was very happy with the service they gave. They helped educate me. I was very happy with the suggestions that were made.

Rude woman store clerk yelled and jumped at  me ,and told me i had to pay and was shoplifting because i put my 2 oz's in my  empty starbuck cup that just had ice in it, instead of using the sample cup. She overreacted. I have been in that store many times and have made many large purchases in the past.  Samples are the way that store sells product.I politely payed her $5.30 and walked out, that is ridiculous. I will never shop there again. They need to educate their employee on customer service!!

I had gone in the earlier day and dropped 90 dollars in this store,  as I usually do to get my tea for sleeping. Today,  February 23 at 440pm, one employee I have never seen made a rude jester to me because during my visit to the mall I had 2 samples. On the third,  on my way out seeing if I wanted to buy the sample,  she remarks that I needed to buy it because I had "like 5 samples" . You need to teach your employees how to act in a retail environment because they lost a long time customer simply because they are snobs.

Updated : they are now making the tea without lids! That's the first time that I hear someone making a tea without a lid! 

I came from Washington State where I used to go to Teavana almost everyday with no problem. When I went to this store in my first day in Lancaster, I did not get a good welcome. The staff was not welcomed. Don't get wrong , they did not do or say anything bad, but they just were not nice. Also, the tea did not taste like the one in Wa, I guess they did not do what they suppose to do right.
