The employee that was working there was quite rude, when my friend and I were getting samples of the tea. She mistaked is for other customers quoting "why don't you girls limit yourselves, and save tea for other people!" In a rude and direct way. Unfortunately, their teas, are also filled with artificial flavors.

Great place with a calming atmosphere. Samples of tea and friendly employees. Reasonable prices also. The tea bar here is very nice and I go there as often as I am able.

Great Selection and Friendly Associates - This is your standard national Tea chain location.  They offer a great selection, and their employees are always willing to help you find something to bring home. Unfortunately, they are almost too friendly/pushy.  This is not a store you can "Just Look Around", as the associates will constantly hound you, ask you how they can help,  and continually try to up-sell you. In to buy just one tea?  They will try everything they can to get you to buy more. Unless you are spending $50-$100, then they will leave you alone.  Don't get me wrong, I DO like this place, just wish they weren't so pushy.  If you're looking for an quiet afternoon to sample teas, or thinking of only purchasing one tea, or a small amount, skip Teavana and check out one of your local tea stores, such as Teasource.

The tea is great, and the atmosphere is very calming. The employees are helpful, though sometimes they can be a bother when there's more then one, and they can tend to reiterate the same questions...

It was wonderful to see all the beautiful tea sets...would recommend to anyone that enjoys tea.

I stopped at this Teavana right after it opened & I purchased the strawberry blooming tea (which is delicious). The (quite pushy) salesperson put my blooming tea in a large Teavana container & I paid. I was sooo excited to get home & try my new tea - I was shocked when I opened my LARGE container to find about 5 blooming tea bulbs in there and a lot of air. When I checked my receipt & realized that I paid a whopping $7 for the container ONLY! I went back a few days later to ask WHY they put my 5 blooming tea bulbs in a container that was way too big, and I was told that I did NOT ask for the smaller container (which is half the price & would have been plenty big for my purchase). I will not return to this place. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth (and not a strawberry flavor). I believe that the employees there are dishonest and don't have the customer's best interest in mind. I would give this Teavana a no star rating if I could....
