The products here are great, but the staff seems a little disinterested when it comes to helping customers. It's hit or miss if you find someone who knows much about tea, other than they have to sell it. If you know your way around loose tea and tea shops, you can do just fine on your own. If you require any sort of assistance, let's hope the one or two knowledgeable staffers are working that day. I've gotten to the point where I would rather just shop on their website than face the mall crowd to get to the store.

I went into this store for the first time with my sister and was really happy with my purchase. The tea was amazing. Even more wonderful was the associate that helped us. Joe was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great store and customer service. Will definitely visit again.

I bought Earl Grey Créme and Vanilla Crème, delicious. Honestly, Mike saved my life. Thank you, Mike. He knows his stuff.

We visited tonight and Joshua helped out my wife and I in the store. He was extremely knowledgeable and did wonderful job allowing us to try samples, really gauging our tastes and wants, and made good recommendations on what type and flavor of tea to buy. I was highly impressed with his knowledge, patience, and sales process. Being a local business owner in the sales industry, I was highly impressed with his professionalism, salesmanship, and customer service in the store. Great place to go if you have never ventured into the world of tea. They will set you on the right path!
