Great teas but not so great price.

The sales person was so pushy and stood right next to me the whole time and wouldn't just let me browse. I bought something just so I could leave and apparently they don't let you return tea, and they can only exchange it even though I never opened it. When I complained they said that's always been their policy and that it says it on the receipt but you don't have a receipt until you've paid and it's already too late to return it. Never going back.

I've been to this Teavana at least a dozen times, if not by myself it's with friends. The service you get is sorta hit or miss. So far, personally for the times I've gone there for myself it has always been positive except one for and that was when first opened. The last time I went I got several times and I requested it rang up separately and it wasn't a big deal. The guy scanned my card once put it on hold and rang everyone up pretty quickly. He asked if I needed containers for them and examined they would keep the tea fresher. He also pointed out they were also on sale. SOLD!! I bought 6 containers as well. I was back again today and I had 3 rewards on my card. When ringing them up for some reason one of them said it was redeemed even though I've never used it. That was some heat unpleasant. He asked if I wanted just the 2 punches and called the company instead. I told him I could except the rewards disappears overnight and it won't even show up after. He agrees and gave me the ounce anyways. That was pretty nice of him to go do that to save me the hassle of a long call with Starbucks or Teavana which is now the se company. I hope service continues to be good as I've seen recently.
