Went in for parts.  Pedro helped me.  He was one of the nicest parts guys I have ever dealt with.  Polite, good sense of humor, he answered all my questions, and he even helped me try to find an ABS airline clip that turned out to not be available.  I appreciated his positive helpful attitude throughout our interaction.  Next time I am in town and need parts for my 630 I'll be calling and asking for Pedro!

Very professional Volvo service and sales center. Very modern and not the typical challenging experience that a diesel service shop usually presents. When our truck is on the west coast this is our preferred shop.

Good Afternoon Tony, After reading your post it seems strange that this was your last email in regards to TEC. 

Good day Stephen, this is Tony Lewis a employee under your campaign. I want to thank you for taking the time to search me out on the web for this great employment opportunity. On Friday(and early Saturday) I was offered a position with another company. My decision actually was very tough making,  because the job you offered me is really a dream job, to good to be true and so easy. Most of the people there are very nice and the insurance very affordable. I want to thank you(Mr.)Stephen for taking a chance on me and granting me this position but today(Sunday) I decided to take the other offer granted to me. I told my wife I could not have had a better boss/manager/supervisor in you and it really hurts to leave this great place. Thank you and thanks for letting come work even though it was short, under your service.

Was actually told by the parts guys "We have no way of looking up parts for your truck." REALLY?!???! When they finally did we went through 5 wrong parts before finding the right one even though you're looking it up off the sheet of engine codes and a diagram in a manual. Last time I was here they broke more things fixing why I brought it in for, especially my shifter linkage which was just repaired a month prior then tried to tell me it was still broken, they didn't damage it again...guess I imagined driving fine with it for a month. They smashed my GPS, and left parts that should've been reinstalled in the cab. Just ordered more parts think I should have my head examined, nothing they got matched my truck after being assured it would based on the truck info. Don't bother trying to run a Fleet-one Plus check, they can't do that either.
