Everything started out great and we rented an apartment from Ann and Ted Musgrove. Throughout our years of living there and we enjoyed our living space and one of the nicer rental properties in the county. Over time, we always heard about how Ann had a horrible temper and attitude. But we never saw that side of her...until, we moved out. She gave us major hassle on the deposit refund and was convinced that the apartment was heavily damaged; to the contrary, I received the average wear of someone living there for two years...the carpet is not going to be the same.  She actually hung up on after claiming we were trying to hustle her...hmmmm.

I say if you are going to rent, be cautious about dealing with Ann Musgrove because of her two sided nature. She is unpredictable, rude, and unprofessional and that is not good for business of any type. She will smile and do what she can to get your business, but there is something not quite right about her.
