Called for a ride from the airport to meet a client on 3/17/2015 and was told, "It's not far.   Just a few blocks.  You can walk."  I thought they were joking, but they were not.  They would not provide service.  Turned out to be 1.5 miles.  Each way.  In 90 degree heat.
