Slowest bank/credit union I have ever used.  My new car loan was funded through these people.  Smug, slow employees - always have to wait forever to drop off a payment (they make it almost impossible to pay online).  The manager (?) is always walking around in boots that make this unbearable klunking sound on the hard floor.  The employees are weird and alienating and don't make you feel welcome at all.  I'm going to take my loan to Fifth Third where I bank regularly.

Rude and technologically unsound! Bill Payment for lease sent and received on time - the check was mailed to the SAME ADDRESS I would have mailed my check and they simply can't find it! WTF?!? Then, the rudest, most obnoxious "collections" person calls and treats me like a deadbeat. I'll never do any business with them again once this lease is up. It's 2016 and I'm going to have to walk a check into their branch to pay my bill.Unbelievable...
