This is the best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit.  Even though the manager was extremely busy with current tenants coming & going, she balanced providing them with the help they needed while at the same time making sure I received what seemed like her undivided attention.  Kathryn has such a warm personality & is also a hoot to be around. She is the perfect balance of professional vs personable.   Within a maximum of 30 - 45 minutes the perfect unit was rented & a lifelong friendship made.  Tellus would be wise to keep this young spirited lady around forever. She is a winner in both mine & my wife's eyes.  Mr. C.  D. Underwood

Came in today to get a storage place . And I swear the manager Lexi is the sweetest lady I have ever met . I appreciate everything she has done for us today.

This is my second time renting a unit, and where I thought it was a nice place then,  it's three times as nice now.  The new manager, Kat, is an absolute delight. She's helpful, professional, and so friendly she makes you feel like you've known her for years.  Equally as impressive is how much effort she puts into the upkeep of the property.  I can't think of a single time I've gone to my unit that she's not been out on the property working on something. I love that she and her precious little pooch, Ozzy, always take time to come say hello.  Twice she even assisted me with moving several items out of the unit where i could get to an item I needed, and then helped me with putting everything back in.  I will tell anyone needing a storage unit that this is the place they need to come.  Kathryn & Ozzy G get 5 stars but I'd give 10 if I could. (PS - love your hair & your flair, you rock!)

Friendly service by the Manager. Facility is clean and easy access. Price isn't bad either.
