The theater is great. The most comfortable seating in a theater I've ever experienced!! Almost better than at home. Fantastic sound and picture. The staff is very accommodating as well! I recommend this theater to all who ask.

The fact that you can't see which seat you'll be sitting in beforehand has to be the dumbest thing someone has come up with. You pick off of a screen and hope you are in a good spot. The recliners are pretty stupid as well. I get they want to be more comfortable but the fact that you can't even put the tray away is an annoyance. If you can go to the other theater, I honestly recommend going to any of the others in town that are not the Telshor 12. Anyways, if you can only go to this theater, I feel sorry for your experience. Maybe it will be different for you though.

Best seats in town. You can purchase your tickets ahead of time and don't have to worry about losing your seats. Popcorn is always great. Sell a variety of candy and drinks.

Our family loves their chairs and the space they provide allows you to enjoy a movie without the constant kicking behind you. Also, they are reserved seats which allows you to know where you are going to sit and not have to waste 30 min. Watching the same commercials over and over.

The ticketing service needs to be improved. Standing in line to purchase tickets in the consession aisle is horribly inefficient (this is done at all the locations at times) What's the point of a ticket window if you don't use it!? A large % of the time, the online ticket machine is "out of order" , so purchases made online ahead of time still require you to stand in long/slow lines to collect your stub. Streamline and dedicate staff to ticketing.
