Story

Temple Judea, a Reform synagogue large enough to meet all of your religious and educational needs and small enough to know your name. Our congregation is proud to celebrate 63 Years of Jewish learning and living in Coral Gables and excited about its future as a place of warmth, community, and spiritual nourishment. We recognize our important mission to enrich our ever-more complicated lives with the ever-new insights of our ancient heritage. We believe that Judaism practiced in the home and community can help endow our days with added meaning and also help us grow into better human beings.

Mission Statement

Temple Judea is a warm and welcoming Reform Jewish Congregation whose focus is life-long study, worship and acts of loving kindness, Torah, Avodah, Gemilut Chasadim. As a temple family we embrace each other’s needs throughout our lives and strive for personal and spiritual growth, and a sense of holiness, Kedushah. We recognize our connection and responsibility to the worldwide Jewish community, Klal Yisrael, and are committed to repairing the world, Tikkun Olam. Together we honor, share and celebrate our rich Jewish heritage from generation to generation, L’Dor V’Dor.
