Awful service!  I would suggest NEVER parking your car in one of their garages. This Garage is is run by MHR Management, and the weekend manager Beth. MHR has posted policies in the entrance of there facilities that clearly outline when you can and can't access the garage, and that for a $25 fee during off hours like Sunday before noon you can pay this premium to access you car.  It turns out MHR has no problem changing the policy of when you can get your but SURPRISE not actually change or remove the signs that tell you otherwise!  

But don't worry because they give you a number to call where the manager BETH won't actually talk to you in person, but will tell the poor call service guy that she doesn't really care you're going to miss your best friends wedding because they are holding your car hostage and that her company's posted signs have incorrect information that you were dumb enough to believe.  Thanks Beth, MHR and Temple St Parking Garage, nice doing business with you!  You're awful!

This place was confusing to navigate, parking spots were not labeled that clearly and very very dirty. I had a question and could not find anyone to help me out in the middle of the day. It cost me about $35 for around 3 hours of parking which I guess is normal. Not a great experience for visitors using a car garage for the first time.
