I had the most wonderful experience you could ask for when it comes to "a dentist office¿¿" That's right! "Wonderful" I said. I unfortunately had to have complete dentures created for me. ( top & bottom)Keep in mind, I had over 30 Teeth that needed to be extracted ( in 1 shot) in the long of it , including most of my top front teeth (eeeeek). Never the less the process did take a few stages to complete wich obviously comes with several appointments. I want to thank Dr Rubin the general practitioner along with Stanton ( my oral surgeon) And stanley (my anesthesiologist) a great pair of Stan's so to speak. These 3 amazing people were kind , informative, thorough, professional and extremely friendly. Although the 3 of them are not current students they are the practicing leaders the students look up to and learn much from. I opted for a procedure called an " immediate denture placement" this is when you do not go a single day without teeth in your mouth! During the visits there were x-rays , several molds and consultation. Then "D" ( Dental lol) day finally arrived , I was escorted to a room with a team of at least 6 people including the above named leaders , all can remember were smiling faces and the anesthesiologist assistant saying" your gonna feel relaxed a bit ...... then BOOM! I woke up with the most amazing smile you ever saw !!! I want to also shout out to the sedation office area receptionist "Priscilla " who was there from day one, making sure everything was in order from beginning to the end. (Helpful and amazing)...

Absolutely time wasting place! They bring you in and tell you what they’re going to do at the next appointment as if people don’t have jobs and kids don’t have school then they call you all week to remind you of your appointment and never call you when they cancel it! This place needs to get their business together a little more.

The student I do have now is not comprehensive at all. Her lack of communication really sucks, I did talk to her already about that. She really doesn’t care, she waits 3 to 5 days before responding to a simple question. They should tell their students communication is one of the key of their success.

I used to go to an expensive dentist then one day while filling my cavity he said "It wouldn't have gotten this bad if you had filled it sooner." At that time I had an insurance where they had a waiting period on services. It was very rude of him to say that without consideration for his patients' insurance situations. I went to the dental school and haven't looked back since. In my experience the students have all had great people skills. My only bad experience was when I agreed to have an inexperienced student do a procedure on me and he was a bit rough. Besides that my student dentists have all been adept and competent. I am also a patient in the Orthodontic clinic and lemme tell you how it has been the best $3700 I have ever spent. I read reviews about how students here messed up teeth and blah blah blah. Listen my smile has transformed drastically and my student is the best. I got the regular metal braces but they charge $500 (I think) extra for the porcelain or invisalign. If you hate your smile like I did and can do $150 per month please schedule an appt with them.

They are always late and can never really talk to you about next steps
