The quality of the meat definitely makes up for the price and the convenience of the location, for me, has definitely made this my go-to KBBQ! The servers are always nice and very attentive, in the times I have gone in a 2 person party, and even when I have gone a in a 10 person party. What has always seemed to amaze the people I've brought here is the fact that they have tortillas; I feel it definitely adds a "welcome to Plaza Mexico" vibe. I come here often, maybe a couple times a month, definitely recommend!

The food was OK for an all you can eat Korean restaurant. The beef flank could have more flavor, but the beef bulgogi was delish. The pork was good as well. The service was a bit slow and I didn't get a couple of requests from the waiter.

Hello everyone. Welcome to Ten-Raku Korean Barbecue.  This is an all you can eat place. There are plenty of menu items to choose frome, and plenty of meat options. I recommend the marinated beef bulgogi. This place is great for large groups,  or celebrations.  There is plenty of parking outside, and in the plaza. Get here early because this place is popular. Different nothing I have been to so it was different.  Our server she helped us to understand the menu and how to order and how to cook everything you order it was an experience I would recommend everybody to do at least once you would enjoy it... I usually go to Koreatown for AYCE but decided to give this location a second chance since they changed owners. I called ahead to ask if it's ok if I brought a meal substitute for my 5yo. They where very accommodating and even gave us a booth when we asked.  Overall the side dishes where delicious and the meat was tender. I was worried the service wasn't going to be great since I read the reviews before coming, but it was really nice.  There was no waitlist and our server had drinks and food on our table in less than 5 minutes. Then a little robot brought our meats. We asked one of the waiters if we had to unload or if the servers only did that. I was told that majority of the time the staff handles that but if it's busy.... they don't mind if customers grab their items.  The restaurant wasn't very full and between the 10+tables they where working, we were asked a bunch of times if we would like more meat or if we wanted refills.  I did use their restroom and besides some hard water stains, the restroom was clean and had no smells that's always a good sign. Oh and a reminder, dinner costs more than lunch so we'll try to come earlier next time.

Great place to relax with friends and or family  food was  you kook it yourself the meats & they not have robots to deliver the meats to your table also there's kids stuff & a bar so checc them out quite location good staff

Initial unpleasant customer experience. When you walk in, there is no staff member to great you or direct you to a hidden device where you’re supposed to check in your party. Male attendee does not greet or direct any words to you, just calls your name and takes you to your table. Throughout the meal, service was great. Our server was very attentive and patient.

Food is fire, always going here for a quick bite. Staff & manager are nice, for the people who don’t know, there’s a button you press to get their attention. I seen comments stating they waited 30 mins to get another round, just look and you’ll see the button. Besides that, they are very accommodating. My kids & wife enjoy it as well & we always leave satisfied. Definitely going here every time!

First time ever coming here and brought my brother with me and we both decided this to be the new spot to go. The service was fast and amazing, good quality meat, rapid response when called, alot of space thank God since most places are cramped and the best part of it is. They have a robot delivering your order, how awesome is that. I recommend this to anyone and will definitely come back here.

Meat was fresh, side dishes were great. Service is partially automated which feels really cool. Little robots that bring your order to you and a call button for the waitress.
