I spoke to a case manager, I think Betty, who was trying to explain something to me, but I could not understand what she was explaining. In the course of the conversation and as I was trying to comprehend the point she was trying to make, she became very rude, aggressive and insulting. After this conversation, I decided to use the services of another home health agency. If they are rude and insulting over the phone, how do you think they will treat your loved ones in person?

I'm at square one looking for assistance, and didn't receive good service/information on the phone.

When my 82 yr old fell and broke both kness the hospital said after 2 weeks time to go . she stayed at white acres for 3 months till the said time to go . The Tender care came to her house for 3 months and the servie was excellent form physical, occupational therapy to home health aide every thing done very professionally . I am just sorry that the Medicare and supplement insurance ran out .
