We love coming here to go for a walk and to roam through the fragrance garden. The garden is beautifully maintained and smells marvelous. The various colors and wide varieties of plants make it fun for all ages. There are benches (most in shade) where you can sit and enjoy. The paved path is wide and level, easy to get around. The views are spectacular, too. One of my favorite places in Whatcom County. So beautiful, almost any time of the year.

Beautiful plants.  The viewing tower is always a hit with the kids.  I enjoy the risen pathways over the wetlands.  You really get a sense of being surrounded by nature.  Also the large plant fossil in the garden is a favorite of mine to inspect.

Beautiful board walk. A must see for a nice stroll in Ferndale!

Awesome for observing nature and learning about the outdoors. The place also offers great hunting opportunities.
