This was my first experience at TN breast center and needless to say I am not impressed at all. I chose TN breast center because UT was where I had my other mammograms and they quit taking the insurance I had, so I had to switch. This was the worst experience I ever had with a doctors office. During a time like this the staff should make you feel at ease and comfortable and I felt none of this at all. Only 2 of the people that I saw were friendly, which was the nurse that took my vitals and the NP that did my ultrasound. The lady that did my mammogram the last time and this time was the same person and I felt like she was clueless as to what she was doing both times, her hands were cold both times(very uncomfortable) and seemed not friendly or any personality at all. They couldn't find my images from UT that had been sent over a month ago and then at last minute found them. Upon checkout, the lady at the desk asked me if I wanted to go ahead and schedule my mammogram for this year and I told her "no", because I was so upset with the treatment while being there. I was never so glad to get out of this place. I will never be back ever again.
