-Dr.White- Amazing, cant recommend enough. Kind, polite, professional. -Dr.Ledbetter- A piece of work, acted like nothing was wrong with me and never actually checked anything. I had to slouch in order to break due to back spasms for 3 days before I relented and went into the doctors. "We'll wait a week and see what happens"... WOW, no bigger F-You than that. (now retired thank God) -STAR Physical Therapy- Not flexible, god help you if you work a normal job during normal hours... you'll never be able to get in.

I have read all of the reviews for this practice and I haven’t had the same experience as many other people seem to have had. Each time I have had an appointment I have been in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before being called back. And then each procedure was performed within 5 minutes of me being in the room. I first met with Scott Jones, PA who was very nice and asked several questions and took thorough notes and then scheduled me for a visit (had to wait a few days for insurance company to give approval) for a procedure. The procedure was performed by Dr. Clendenin who explained everything he was doing and he was also very personable. I then met with Dr. Brown who I found to be attentive, knowledgeable, relatable and she explained the test results in terms I could easily understand. She then explained what my options were and we laid out a plan to take care of my issue. She is outstanding! I have been very pleased with each visit from check-in all the way through check-out. Based on my experience, I highly recommend TOA.

So far a good experience with the staff and Dr. The surgery went okay they just weren't able to get my pain under control but that was mostly due to issues of mine. I felt I was released when my body definitely wasn't ready. The hospital Dr promised a good regimen to keep my pain at bay and that wasn't true I was sent home in lots. And every time I call the office i never hear nothing back for three days. Hopefully the rest of my experience will be better. I know I have quite a ways to go.

As a Vietnam Veteran suffering intense knee pain I tried to get an appointment because of the long wait with the VA. Dr. Toms and all of the doctors at this clinic refused to grant me an appointment. I am sure they are willing to accept the services provided by those who are willing to give their very lives for them.

Beware!! I would give 0 stars if possible. Doctor was in room for 5 minutes and I was charged $336. I was charged for a “ new patient” exam. There was no exam. Called billing to ask exactly what a “new patient “ exam consist of. The response... “ whatever the doctor wants to do”. BEWARE!!
