I really wish 0 stars was an option. The food is usually fair, poor, decent; it's never consistent. They seem to hide away any customer who is disabled, or heavier, in the back sections of the restaurant. That seems discriminatory, quite frankly. I'm sorry if other customers don't like to see heavy, or disabled people, but we have to eat too. The wait staff usually has a hard time speaking, and understanding English. Which I understand, they may be from a different country, of course, and that's understandable. But they could at least help their staff try to understand just a few key phrases. This last time the waiter was completely unintelligible, and maybe said five words while we were there. He hovered over our table at times, to grab plates. I understand he's trying to grab plates, that's part of his job, but there is no need to hover at a customer's table. My family member has had some of the staff's children crawl under the bathroom stall, and look at him while he was using the toilet. That's completely unacceptable and professional for any restaurant to have this happen. If you are at work you should really keep your children home, and not have them running about the restaurant, or bathroom. The food is not worth the poor treatment, or being hidden away in the back of a restaurant. I will find somewhere else to go from now on.

Love this place! The only place I can find with all you can eat Crayfish, Frog Legs and so much more. Prices are fantastic! Choices Sushi, Mongolian, Chinese and American. Something for everyone and I mean everyone.

Teppanyaki is probably my least favorite restaurant in Saginaw, possibly the whole world. I'm not expecting high quality food when visiting a Chinese buffet, but their food is worse than that. During my visit, the staff seemed to be very uninterested in being there. The worst part about my visit was witnessing their crimes committed against sushi. Mind you - I wasn't expecting a 5 star roll, but they balled up some rice and stuffed a potato wedge in it. That was the final straw. I haven't eaten from the grill portion of the restaurant. I hear it's pretty good.

Usual Asian fried food. Pizza, fresh fruit and dessert also on the buffet tables as well. Pepsi products are served here. Good food.

I thought the food was ok. My wife didn't. The decor was nice. The service was good. They need to step outside and look around once in a while though. There were weeds growing everywhere. As soon as you walk out the door you're greeted with an empty planter well empty except for 5 million cigarette butts.
