Stop by today the girl working the counter was very helpful and helped me order! I didn't want real sweet so she put my sauce on the side!! Food came out fast, the vegetables were great they still had a crunchmy favorite the steak was tender and had a great flavor& rice cooked perfectly. My only complaint was the floor was sticky on my feetyes i had shoes on. That can be fixed but I enjoyed for the first time.
Staff were polite and recommended Orange Chicken with noodles, which we ordered. Also ordered chicken potstickers and chicken egg rolls. Staff mentioned many people order the salmon. The Sobe vitamin water drink is a nice option for drinks.
Food is absolutely delicious! Made to order! Gave 4 stars because staff was loud & using profanity but my overall experience was satisfying!
We placed our order online and it took almost an 50 after pick up time to be ready. The meat was flavored perfectly. The noodles lacked flavor. I'm not a fan of the type of vegetable they offered but thats not their fault. Had we not checked our sealed bag we would have been missing the mashmellow treat. I'm not gonna lie I was going to leave 2 stars but I love the unicorn response to Jamie's review lol this and the fact that my husband who picked it up said the staff was super friendly got an extra star. I'm not sure I'll be back though.
The food was amazing, the atmosphere was excellent, the building is nice and I really like the design and layout of the building. My only complaint, and it's not anything major, was that I chose curbside pick-up and it wasn't brought out to me and I had to go in and get it. All I have to say is, if it isn't offered then it shouldn't be on option on the app. Other than that, the place and especially the food was great. I will be returning, for sure!
First time customer here. Got the Mad spicy tofu, veg, and fried rice. Food was delivered by very nice delivery person Lisa. Flavor is good spicy indeed! and I will be back. Next time I will get regular as the Mad is a bit too hot for me. My only complaint is I only ordered because I was enticed with a mailer of coupons, and the web interface would not accept my coupon.
2022-05-23 2031 local time Reg MAD steak teriyaki white rice and veggies. Rice was good for end of day. I expected not fresh rice but it was definitely made not long ago. Veggies were crispy and cooked properly. Meat was sauced well. MAD sauce was flavorful but reminded me of a good bbq sauce. Definitely not my expectations but 110 recommended. Started out semi spicy but grew as I kept eating. Got the nose run after about 10 min. Tangy tomato flavored with ancho style heat. Smokey and tart with a touch of vinegar. 4pc Rangoons were solid for a faster food kitchen. Crunchy and cheesy. Good flavor. Dipping sauce added sweetness and tang. Pepsi is the fountain choice. Syrups for pop were good. Owner and staff was very attentive and helpful. Place is clean and well taken care of.
i ordered the orange chicken bowl with noodles and veggies the chicken was great good flavorful and juicy not dry. but they're was only a few pieces of chicken so bummed. however the noodles and veggies were bland flavorless noodles had 0 flavor and dry the veggies tasted like salt and nothing else hard and just not good so for i believe it was around 13$. we won't be back. my wife ordered the same thing by the way.
Food is average. Not so good but not so terrible. Egg roll wasn't cooked all the way. Wife and I had ordered 2 super spicy beef bowls, that had ZERO spice and flavor... All in all, could be better.Food: 3/5
I wanted to give this business 4 stars but each time I come here it's a long wait. Oddly enough, I came in to place an order 2 hrs before closing just to be told that they aren't taking any orders unless its a pickup. At this point I go to my car to order online don't understand why I could just pay inside just so I can get some food. This is crazy... It takes a lot to get me upset. I'm not sure if the service industry is ever going to bounce back post COVID. It seems like the staff could use some customer service training. Outside of service, the food is decent. It hits the spot if your in a pinch. I really like the teriyaki sauce and the chicken bowl with noodles. If the customer service improves I'll return.
