So far our experience has been wonderful. From our salesperson to the technicians, each person we've interacted with has been professional and kind. We are dealing with a mouse issue and we've seen great results. We did need to schedule a follow up, but its all covered under the plan which our salesperon did a great job explaining to us. Our Exclusion Technician and he was amazing, explained what he did and what to expect and to contact him with any issues. Our General Pest Control Technician, he was very prompt, professional and quick. All in all, a great customer service experience. I am very happy I have partnered with Terminix and have peace of mind my issues are covered.

Tim Manning was very professional and personable.  He identified the problem insect, and thoroughly sprayed inside and outside of my home. It's been quiet ever since.  Thanks for having such a great employee on the Terminix team!

I have been a Terminix customer for quite a while.  I have never had a pest control problem that Terminix didn't resolve swiftly and efficiently.  My issues were met with appropriate concern and education.  Every associate that has been to my home has been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.I often recommend Terminix to my my family, friends and acquaintances.  Great job Terminix.

The service technicians are very professional and proactive. They always go out of their way to understand our current needs before doing the treatment.

They were very polite and discreet. They make you feel at ease, and they know exactly what they're doing in all pest situations. They are also very thural. I told them that I have a pet in the house, and they knew exactly what to use to get rid of the problem that we had. Very nice, polite, and yes I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of assistance to get rid of pests or any situation.
