I LOVE LOVE my hair... after going and trying 3 salons here in town, I finally found the salon that truly understand how to listen to me and pay attention to everything that I asked for. I have blonde hair and it always turns brassy but I came to Roberto and he corrected my blonde color, now I have the best tone of blond that I have been asking for. He is a hair god, he listened to me and gave me options and he is the owner so I got lucky. I've been coming here now for the seventh time and everyone here is really good , when Roberto can't take me I can trust to go to everyone since he trains them all and he keeps my formula in their computer so I always leave very happy. my hair is so beautiful that my husband always calls me his princess .

Got some color done here recently and was verrry pleased. It’s so hard to get my highlights just right, the roots always come out to light. They did a great job. I’m from OC and I am very picky about my hair salons, but this one was a good one. Glad my friend referred me.

We live in L.A. and drive to the desert just to have our hair cut and colored. Forget the trendy salons in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood--Roberto is simply the best.

Best Salon in Palm Desert all the way!! I just moved here and I my sister in law recommended Roberto Madera on el paseo the owner of the salon.. I didn't know what to expect, i was nervous but when you walk into this salon it's like you know you are in the right salon, it's like being in Paris partly by their decor, it is a beautiful salon and very spa alike. I wanted Roberto To cut and color my hair but he was busy, I saw two stylists that day, Giancarlo did my color and Brenda did my haircut, ROBERTO CONSULTED WITH THEM AND ME, and that gave me peace of mind. Roberto was a genious they knew exactly what to recommend and I just let them do what Roberto thought was best for me.. I left feeling so gorgeous, my hair is now fantastic and I am very happy. It is nice to find a salon that is modern and keep up their education and Roberto is a sweetheart that studied & worked at Jose Eber Salons which is where i used to go to. Everyone here is really nice, no attitude and very proffessional, i kept seeing really pretty hair walking out of here.. My hair is Happy!!!
