My mother is currently there. The staff have been friendly & helpful to her as well as the family. She likes the food and is getting her strength back after a fall in her home. Moved her there when Martin Memorial South let her fall out of a chair & split her head open requiring 7 staples. She is happy there, making progress, and glad to be out of Martin Memorial.  Building  needs some updates for sure, that's why only 4 stars.

They have the worst care here at the manors of hobe sound Never send your family members here!!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this facility to anyone as of recently they have had two patients end in the hospital one after they ended up in a diabetic coma because the RN failed to check a patients blood sugar before giving her insulin shot and the patient went in to shock and wasnt found in her room until later that night but she did live .She has now been at the Terrace going on three months her original admission was for a broken femur expected to released within three weeks she is now in her third month and cant even get out of bed .Lets call the next female patient #2 who was taken out last night by Martin County Fire and rescue and coughing up blood for the last three days she was taken Martin Health care south and not returned as of the posting of this article .Terrace nursing rehab was purchased six months ago after several legal problems .The VA will longer send patients there because it not meeting federal guidelines  for a rehab facility ,Compare what is at most rehab facilities concerning exercise equipment for knee replacements shoulder and total hip replacement not only do they lack any the equipment to address proper care any patient who has experienced any of the most common of joint replacement referenced to above  after the recent sale of the facility all of the qualified nurses  rehab technicians were let go and know improvements were made to property and Medicare inspectors are presently onsite investigating forty different patients from lack of progress in there cases and serious bodily injury over  30 patients investigation started on 03/28/2016 end on 03/31/2016.Managment and nursing staff are not capable of caring for there patients causing stress not only on patients but family members as well .Seems that over medicating patients on narcotics is a normal practice that is used to compensate for on hands care by both nursing staff and rehab technicians which delays recovery and proper healing . Terrace rates the lowest in quality care in the Treasure Coast area and has been for several years which is what prompted the investigation by Medicare

Horrible 24-hr experience that my mother suffered there - could not get her out of there fast enough. Poor care, useless physical therapy, no phones in the room, inedible food, surly staff and condescending manager. Would not recommend for human or animal.
