Situated on over 7 acres and with almost 300 feet of lake frontage, the Terrace Motor Inn is the perfect location for a quick weekend escape, a week-long retreat, and everything in between. Located only 3.5 miles from the Village of Cooperstown, we are the first set of accommodations when heading north from the village on State Highway 80 (Lake Road). Our priority is and will always be the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. From free WiFi, to our refreshing pool, direct lake access, use of our lake toys (paddle boat, canoe, row boat and stand-up paddle boards), a complimentary continental breakfast, outdoor bbq grills, picnic tables and expansive lush lawn space, the Terrace Motor Inn is here for your complete enjoyment and relaxation.

The rooms were clean but basic and old. Ours had a very small shower stall. The TVs are tiny, if that matters to you. Lake is across the road. Access to the lake with kayaks and paddle boards is nice. Breakfast is included but there is not a dining area. Nice picnic tables and Adirondack chairs to use, as well as charcoal grills. Expensive for what it is, but you're paying for location.

Great little spot right by the lake!! No frills, but a wonderful place to spend a few nights in tranquility. Great staff and nice rooms!! Just far away from all the hubbub of Cooperstown but close enough to Cooperstown Dreams Park for my son to play baseball. Highly recommend Terrace Motor Inn!!

Super friendly staff. Lovely lake view from every room. Given that the prices in the area are at the high end of the scale, this motel was an acceptable option. I enjoyed the hiking up and down the steep driveway to get to the dock where the water access is. IT IS NOT A BEACH. Not accessible to folks with mobility issues. You will have to drive down the road and pay an entrance fee to have swimming beach. Terrace Motor Inn is an old time motor inn somewhat updated. Almost 500 bucks for 3 nights with a shared do it yourself kitchen area seems a bit steep. Rotten floorboards under the new carpet/ linoleum. They have not solved the problem of almost unusable rusty grills and an abundance of poison ivy next to walkways. Free access to kayaks, etc. made it a bit more palatable, but I believe if I come to the area again, I would make a different choice of accomodation.

Clean motel close to Cooperstown with a great view of the lake. Free breakfast and parking. The cost of rooms right in the town proper can be steep so this is a great family alternative. Idyllic setting right on 80 and just a short drive from the Hall of Fame. Would stay again.

Fairly acomidating room, and friendly staff! Very pretty lake view from terrace, and excellent morning breakfast and coffee. The beds are very comfortable, however I would definitely bring your own pillow! But over all a great experience.
