I just moved back to North Plano. I was looking for a new cleaners and I was so happy to find Terrell's.  I'm from a small town in So. Louisiana and it was so nice to find them.  They remind me of the "Ole School" Cleaners I used so many years ago back home. They have been around for a very long time, you can tell by all the sports teams they have sponsored over the years because even to this day they have team photos on the walls that go back 20-25 years!!   The customer service is excellent, the quality of their work is excellent, and their pricing is excellent.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new cleaners and they also offer on site alterations.  ( by a very sweet little lady that has been there for at least 15-20 years ) If she's been there that long, that means they treat their employees good too!! Good Job Terrell's I'll be back !!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Poor customer service. I was happy with them for a while. In fact, I recommended them to a few of my neighbors. This was until one of my new shirts came back with a hole. I was told that Steve Terrell the owner looked at the shirt and said there is NO WAY this happened at their place. Somehow I expected that - this is the second time in the last couple of years I have dealt with cleaners destroying my clothes but not wanting to take responsibility. Needless to say, I am again on the lookout for a cleaner. Someone that takes ownership and pride in their work would be nice. What is really sad is that I was not looking for Terrell to buy me a new shirt, I was hoping they can just repair it (it is a tiny hole at this time).
UPDATE: When I went to pick the shirt up I was offered a repair and a refund of the cleaning cost. A day later, Steve Terrell, the owner called and said that the repair will not work and offered to pay for a replacement shirt. The shirt wasn't very expensive and that was a great gesture. Terrell's started out with poor service but finished very strong. They have my business.

Always professional & they really Pride & care removing in removing ink stains I sent in. 
Hands down thisis the best cleaners in Allen & I live on the west side of town & tried 3 others. 
Don't forget to use the online coupons!
This makes it the best price in town

Not certain who these reviewers are calling "always polite?" This is the lessor of evils, so we continue to take our business here. 

The children taking in and retrieving laundry are anything but polite. Sometimes I think they are cyborgs with zero emotion or appreciation for the customers. 

Don't get me started on the quality of the work...ok, do. It is rare for us not to have to iron my shirts before they can be worn...seriously? What am I paying for. Have a look at a recent example.

Not cheap shirts, but look like crap.

Any suggestions for a new place...I'm open for recommendations
