Their car wash definitely does put some brush marks on the car, or at least it has for me from time to time. But they offer free car vacuums without expecting you to pay for anything, even a wash. What businesses offer anything that is free these days? For that reason alone I think they deserve to have some loyal customers. The car wash is $8 at the inexpensive level and it's fairly efficient. But yes, I have had some minor brush strokes show up on my car from the metal in the scrubbers

I usually use fabulous Freddy's but there was not in this area so I thought I would try Terribles as I have never used them before. At least I can say the name is fitting. I could hardly get my truck into the place, it was 14 bucks compared to 10 where I usually go, there was no one to hand dry my truck after the wash as there is where I usually go ( they did give me a paper towel though??), they didn't clean my rims and tires after the wash like I u)freddys does, and the air freshener was junk. Never again. Do yourself a favor and find a fabulous Freddy's you will never go back to this place.

Do not go here! This car wash put brush marks all over our car. Upon calling they said we needed to talk to Tyler. The next morning we called, he answered, and he told us to come down. My wife drove all the way there. When she got there he claimed to have never spoken on the phone even though it was 30 minutes earlier! He took one look and said it wasn't them, and that he's not the manager. Then he said we need to talk to "Z" but would not give a full name, time he would arrive or phone number. Terrible service!
