Herbst must have had the day off because they were nice when I was in there.  Nothing terrible but the mascot.

Store is closed for renovation which is fine.   The pump said I had to go pay inside.   Obviously that wasn't going to happen.

I had a very good experience. May 8, 2017 I came in about 7 PM, got my gas, asked the man there about a hotel to stay in...he gave me good advice. Went back in, as I wasn't sure I had remembered my tooth brush, paste and floss, and he showed me where it was. Very nice.

Have been stopping at your store for years now and everything was fine, but now you have changed the coffee machines {Cappuccino machine}. what comes out is terrible! Figured I must not know how to use the thing, but alas, your employees don't know either!  So tried your iced coffee machine and had the same problem!  So I guess my only recourse is to make the trip to the Maverk store, good coffee, good Cappuccino and good employees who know what's going on!
