Awesome service and honest diagnosis. My son was quoted almost $5,000 to repair a 2010 Toyota Corolla by a dealer. It had a "noise:" coming from the center area of the car. Also, there was a light on the dash for the ABS system on the brakes. Dealer diagnosed a new/reman transmission $2k installed and a new electronic control module for the ABS, $3K installed. We brought the car to Terry's and owner Chris Roach offered their free diagnostic tests. Something didn't add up with the dealers diagnosis and Chris indicated the reliability of the transmission (that he has seen) on this particular vehicle. It was determined that the "noise" was a loose wheel on the hub and it was tightened and the "transmission" noise fixed. Chris drove the car himself after the mechanic fixed it and took for a test drive. The ABS problem was in fact related to the electronic control module, but Terry's was able to source a used/aftermarket part and we walked out of there for less than $500 for the complete repair. I know that dealers can sometimes make mistakes and am not insinuating that we were being misled in the repair estimate from the dealer. I think it comes down to dealers hitting the "easy button" and recommending replacement without a proper diagnosis and really trying to determine the root cause of the problem. Terry's does that and did that in this case. The thoroughness and confidence that they displayed in their service and communication is a testament to the quality and service they offer. Terry's was being a good steward of my son's money and made the correct diagnosis. Also, provided us less expensive options than just going directly with new replacement parts which isn't always needed. I am very pleased with the honesty and complete diagnostic capabilities that Terry's transmissions went to solve our problem. A+++++++++  Thank you!
