I love Tesla, but I’ve been in the Lenox store for over 10 minutes and haven’t been approached or even my presence acknowledged. Walking out the door now. Poor customer service at this location.

Evan was exceptional. He went out of his way to help us locate and secure a inventory Model S and schedule a test drive that worked for our schedule. We learned all the ins and outs of the Model S. He kept in touch with us throughout the process by phone, text, and email. The whole experience was great! Highly recommended.
