I stopped in today to try Texas Cajun Connection. I’m glad I did. Minimal wait time for fresh food. Ingredients were fresh and portion was great. I had fish and also shrimp tacos. You can order a plate that has 2 or 3 tacos. Not sure what is in the green sauce but it’s GOOOOOD! I’ll be back for some of the rave fries!
I had the boudin rice balls and Cajun fries and the food was delicious. And, the owner was helpful and friendly. I will definitely return.
Texas Cajun Connection is better than awesome! The service is top notch, huge portions and delicious food. I highly recommend the brisket fries.
My family tried: Fried fish, fried shrimp, chicken strips, crinkle fries, shoestring fries, and low carb blackened shrimp taco salad. Let me tell you, the fried fish was prepared with care, flavored right with a hint of spice, very delicate, flaky and when bit into had a crisp lite crunch in the batter- just plain delicious!!! The blackened shrimp, another winner!! The green sauce really brought it all together for me. My son liked his chicken strips, he rated it at the top of his fave chicken, it had a bit of kick to it with the cajun spices but it wasn't overpowering at all, just really flavorful. Very happy w our food and the owner was super cool he even checked on us and explained how he put together the taco bowl. Great Cajun place.
The Brisket fries are amazing and come with a lot. Also the fried shrimp tacos are great I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. They are also accommodating on their seasoning if you like less or more. I would highly recommend trying they are awesome.
Was pleasantly surprised by their absolutely delicious brisket fries and chicken and sausage gumbo. My Cajun boyfriend from Louisiana who knows Cajun food says that’s the best gumbo he’s eaten. The brisket with the cheese and crinkle fries have such awesome flavor and are the best combination! Everyone must try them!
No complaints here. The food was amazing! We had the loaded fries and the chicken sandwich, which was more than enough for 2 people. I should of taken a doggie bag,but I just could not stop eating. Lol The owner is a really cool dude. If you like cajun it's a must try. We will be going back, for sure. "If you don't know now you know "
If there were 10 stars I would definitely give them all 10! I love their shrimp tacos!! Most places only give you like 2 shrimp per taco, but these tacos are loaded and delicious! The gumbo is delicious and flavourful. The owner is amazing You feel welcomed the moment you arrive. Everything is amazing. Thank you for such great service during each visit!

Went here tonight for the first time and it did not disappoint at all!!! I ordered the Brisket Fries and all I can say is WOW! I originally went to the food zone to pick up something for my husband from another place there and saw this place there and got excited for anything Cajun! When I ordered I was alittle worried about the price compared to what your getting. Well I got enough food to feed myself and my two teenage daughters, also my husband finished off the little bit we left. This place will definitely have my business again cause I'm excited to try everything they have on the menu!!!
