Texas Department of Public Safety Drivers License Division

Just needed to renew my DL, no changes. From the time I walked in until I left, it totaled about 30 - 45 minutes on a Thursday morning around 9am. Everyone very nice and informative.

Very unfriendly environment. People are rude. They work according to their moods. I feel bad for other hard working people.

Went on a Wednesday morning, waited maybe  5 minutes. Very friendly staff and the whole process was painless.

there shouldnt be a 6 week wait list to take a driving test there should be someone in there all the time as muh people come in there everyday & some of the staff is not friendly

It takes way to long to actually get something done now and I have been waiting in a crappy chair for 3 hrs so thank you guys for "best" service..
