My husband was dreading going to renew our licenses because he remembered a long line the last time he went. We filled out the renewal form online and printed it at home before we went. There were only a couple of people there and we both got our licenses renewed and were out the door in less than 15 minutes. The staff was friendly. This was certainly a different experience from past years. They have changed the equipment for the eye test and it it easier to read too!

Waiting was so long. The Front desk was constantly mumbling. I never felt so disrespected. The Driver officer was really nice though. Pointed out my flaws, and I passed first try. Overall, 1 star.

The worst , failed pre inspection, was told we are not allowed to tell you what you did wrong. Just got off of phone with Austin and was told that was wrong, told to call supervisor and ask why. One more problem WF office want answer phone, had to wait 31 minutes for Austin to answer phone.

Felt compelled to review after I saw all the low ratings. This place is actually very nice, efficient, and clean. I had to take my driving test here and drove 2 hours to come to this DPS. Regardless, I feel the drive was worth it. The staff were actually very friendly and some of the most efficient DPS workers I've had experiences with. Lots of people on here are complaining about the driving test, but it was really easy! They just take you down a little road (45 mph speed limit) and into some neighborhoods - it's really not that hard to fail. Just don't speed, and DONT hit the curb or poles while parallel parking. Otherwise, should be a piece of cake! Would recommend this DPS to a friend!

The phone service is awful and the lady on the recording SOUNDS WORSE THAN A MUMBLE RAPPER! FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!
