I went through a couple months of physical therapy with TXPTS after a left ankle ORIF from a motorcycle accident. I highly recommend this business. Easy to schedule with lots of availability, no last minute cancellation penalties, therapists are knowledgeable, kind and care about their patients. Almost ready to get back on the bike for the next adventure!

This is the second time I have used Texas Physical Therapy Specialist (Austin – North) for my rehabilitation needs. I have gone to other physical therapy facilities in the past but I ALWAYS returned to TPT, I get pain relief and the entire staff is just fantastic. I can describe this team as professional, knowledgeable, courteous and above all personable. No one likes to go to physical therapy but the team at the TPT Austin – North made it a better experience than I anticipated. Here are a few of the reasons that made this experience enjoyable. Let’s begin with the front desk staff, these ladies are polite and always professional. On occasion when there was an influx of patients arriving for an appointment, Anna and Sydney were always energetic, meticulous and expedient. Whether it was helping a patient check in or scheduling a follow up appointment. It was always nice when I was greeted by name at every appointment. I don’t understand how they memorized the names of all the patients, but they did. I worked with Dr. Nick DiSarro and I can’t say enough good things about his patient care! At the beginning of each appointment Dr. DiSarro would discuss my progress and address any problems I was having from my injury. He performed a variety of techniques to treat my pain which included a combination of massage, dry needling and taping my arm. These treatments in addition to the exercises were wonderful at ultimately alleviating my pain. Dr. Nick DiSarro bedside manner is just fantastic. He has a lot of patience, a great sense of humor and a warm personality. Part of my appointments were spent doing the prescribed exercises. It was then that I got the opportunity to meet and work with all the terrific PT Techs. TJ, Ryan and Toni were always available to assist me and would ensure I was performing the exercises correctly. In between helping patients, I saw them cleaning up and putting away equipment after a patient has finished using it. Aside from my interactions, I saw the PT Techs have regular conversations with all the patients in the facility. This kind of attention is a breath of fresh air that is in stark contrast to other facilities I had previously visited. And finally, I want to mention their website that allowed me to view video based exercises. I was emailed a link to the video website, it contained all the information I needed for the exercises Dr. DiSarro suggested I do at home. This is a great tool for patients like myself who often need a reminder or refresher on how to perform the exercises. It even gave me the option to email Dr. DiSarro directly in the event I had any questions or issues I wanted to address prior to my next physical therapy appointment. If I have any future physical therapy needs I will always chose Texas Physical Therapy Specialist, particularly this location. I can’t say enough great things about my experience here, you don’t have to take my word for it – visit them yourself!

Loved my physical therapist! She was enthusiastic and encouraging, but still took time to listen to any concerns I had, and always checked on me throughout therapy.
