I was the last one at work I had a really bad day then on top of that I got locked out of my car.  I called y'all and Ken came out.  He was very professional and friendly.  He definitely has a great energy that he gives off.  If I need help I'm hoping that he's the one that comes out.  I've had my fair share of bad experiences with locksmith people.  But he definitely changes my perspective. 

If he sees this I just want to say Thank you very much young man. Continue the path your on and teach others. We need more people like you.

Requested installation of three interior deadbolts.  I had the hardware ready to go; the tech showed up and quoted me $125 per door, one hour of work.  His reasoning:. "my time".   Nobody is going to get paid almost $400 unless someone's heart or brain is open.  Told him thanks but no thanks.  Called another locksmith who made a service call within three hours and only cost me $95.  I even tipped the guy.  

Be aware, call around.  Premier either didn't want the job, took me for a sucker, or needed money for drugs based on his appearance.

I was locked out of my house and Ken helped me get into my house.  I tried for like a hour to try to get into my house myself and then he showed up and got my door open within 5-6mins. I will definitely recommend for him.  He's polite and gets the job done in a timely manner.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

"quick response" yeah right. I made a call to get into my house, 30 minutes later someone called to say they had just gotten the call... 45 minutes after that I had yet to receive assistance. I tried calling back to get an estimate of what time someone would be there but wasn't able to get through. I called the dispatcher to cancel it. I ended up leaving my home after waiting over an hour and a half but less than ten minutes later someone called to ask me where I was at. Ughhhh never again.

Yesterday 9/17/2017 I called to get my car unlocked it's 2012 Shelby Gt500 and was told the phone operator it would be a $30 service fee. When I arrived lock smith proceeded to unlock the vehicle said it would be a tough one. I don't see the difference in locks at all just because it was a Shelby he was going to charge more?. The only difference in a base model and a Shelby is the engine and transmission ,.the locks and other basic things in the car are exactly the same. I was charged $232.17 that is like unlocking a Ferrari which I do not have. I never noticed the fee when signing the receipt it's something I would have noticed right off the back. Once the car was open I noticed the weather stripping had been damaged it was a eye sore right away. The lock smith claimed it wasn't him. I just bought the car the previouss day it was inspected fully and have the dealership to back me up. Now I want to be charged a fair price here for unlocking my car I've called several places in your area and here are a few of them and prices to unlock a 2012 Shelby Cobra GT500

All lock n key lock smith $35-45

Arrington key smith $45

Rhodes family lock and key $35

So why I am I being charged $232.17?? 

This is a deceptive practice and if the lock smith will not charge me a fair price I will proceed forward with filing a claim and further actions. 

All I ask Is to be treated like any fair customer in the community. I've attached a few picture just for references.
