Good food,  although the ribs were a little on the sweet side.  Probably won't order then again.   The steaks are excellent.   Love the smokey grilled flavor,   and they got the cook perfect on the first try.  Their version of the blooming onion is much better than the other well known steakhouse, and the sides were also delicious.  Only complaints for us were 1. the waitress was inattentive and we had quite a bit of a wait between interactions. 2. We asked if they could put in the apps order and hold off on putting in the main courses,  as we tend to chat a lot and didn't want to feel rushed.   She said their system wouldn't allow for that, and everything had to be put in together at the same time (not really buying that). 
  I'd try it again,  I suppose.

We ordered 2 meals and each asked for a salad as one of the 2 sides that comes with it. My Cesar salad comes out pretty quick. My boyfriends never came at all. Our waitress disappeared after each interaction so by the time we told her we never got the other salad, she quickly blames the food runner and goes to get the salad. Meantime our dinners arrived. Hardly a synchronized system and if the waitress doesn't come by AT ALL to check on us, then she's the only one to blame for this error. Most of the staff were seen congregating at either central location where the registers were. It's great to see kids working, but they need better training. Oh....and of the 5+ workers standing at the front, not one says bye, have a good evening or thanks for coming. No worries...won't be going back.

It's great hearty food but sometimes it's so salty you can't even finish it. It's hit or miss here sometimes. They’ve forgotten to pack items in my take out. I really like this restaurant but it fails to keep up with its own high standards sometimes. 

Update: I went back recently a few times and the food was really awesome. The staff at the front was super nice & made sure the order was packed up neat. They definitely keep their four star rating, in fact I bumped it up to a 5 Star. I seriously kinda love this place’s food.

I have been to this location about 7 times since they opened. After an initial stellar 1 or 2 visits, it has become more of a hit or miss affair for me since then when it comes to their steaks. My latest visit was the  most disappointing yet in that area. I ordered the 12 oz. Ribeye, medium. The steak was on the thin side, with quite a bit of gristle and fat, and overcooked for medium, more like well done. The baked potato should have been hotter...it was almost cool to the taste. On the positive side,  the service is very good and efficient...they generally get things right. The house salads are very good, one of the better I've had.

This place is great!  The complimentary warm rolls and cinnamon butter are amazing and the peanuts are great too!  Ordered an 8 oz. sirloin with house salad and loaded mashed potatoes, all are fantastic!!!
