My wife and I wanted to celebrate our one year anniversary. We were looking around town to eat a good steak. So we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse. The atmosphere, appetizers, entrees, and service provided by Amber our waitress was 5 star! We really enjoyed our meal. Please recognize cooks, management and Amber for us. She was great!Food: 5/5
First time eating here. The food was tasty and well-served. The ribeye tender and juicy, and the ribs came right off the bone. Our server was very attentive and polite. I just have to remember next time to ask for a table. I was unable to eat cause the people in the booth behind me were squirming too much, and I had to take 90 % of my meal home.

The food is great along with atmosphere. Service was one to be desired saw the waitress 2 times maybe. Talked too an Alex that said need anything let him know,so we did. The peach tea was to sweet had to change to unsweetened tea.thanks to Alex got it 15 min later. Runners were running out our food from the kitchen. The last time we saw our waitress was when i asked for more tea from Alex and then the waitress brought it to us. Alex deserved the top not or waitress but left a small top for her anyway
Love going to Texas Roadhouse! My favorite dish is the Porterhouse with a house salad with blue cheese, mac n cheese, a loaded sweet potato and toreados The yummy warm bread with the sweet butter always hits the spot as well! Service is usually really good but this last time they sat us in a booth by the bar and I believe it was too much work for 1 bar tender to handle. We had to ask other servers for refills, bread, and to go boxes because the server from the bar wouldn’t come… other than this one time bad experience, Texas Roadhouse is the place to go with a delicious steak at a good price! Definitely recommend it!

Service was good . Brissa was our server and she provided excellent customer service ! It was very busy but everything was excellent thank you! The steak was Delicious and the appetizer was yummy! All food temperatures were excellent ! Because it was cold in there ! But Thank you!Food: 5/5
Sadly services was really bad. Our family enjoyed coming here a lot before. And we came so far to celebrate my birthday and since the beginning the manager, the lady getting names and our server Jackie H treated us poorly. From the beginning we tried to save a spot since we were a family of 10 well manager in a rude way told us to call back until 4:00pm that we could ask for a spot till after. Then once we got there we have 2 babies in our family and it was really hot for us to even be in the car or stand outside to wait plus we got there in time and the waitress told us in a rude comment to go wait outside which my Husband replied how if it’s really hot and we have two babies and her response well then go to the car and wait there!how do you want two little kids to wait in a 100+ degrees ! So we just stayed in a corner until they finally called us. Later My FIL was taking a few seconds deciding what he was going to get and while he was trying to see the menu she kept rolling her eyes and even making comments well are you guys ready or not! I can come back once he decides what he’s getting it didn’t even take him 1 min to pick his food we were all ready except my FIL who was having a little trouble with his menu.also Only once she Jackie came to ask if we needed something and that was right after we had almost finished our food. While I noticed she would go and ask other tables if they were okay and if they need refill never came to check on us till the end. We were planning on giving a good tip since we were a couple of people but you know the way that you guys treat customers is so poor and sad. This was disappointing but I didn’t let this ruin my day with family. You guys should really give out more proper training on customer service!
