Great experience with a large group here! Our waitress was the best we've ever had! Sorry, forgot her name...younger girl, brown curly hair She was awesome about keeping all our drinks full and food all came perfect! The Manager even said she was one of his BEST! Our steaks were on point as well!! The legendary margaritas are the BEST!!!

1.5hr road trip to meet up with my oldest that goes to Ship. Brought his brothers along. We had a great time! Food was very good. My steak I picked out was cooked perfectly  Two of my fellas had some drinks and said they were awesome. Great bonding time with my guys. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely be back and recommended. Thank you...awwwwww man! I forgot to asked if they have veteran/military discount‍ oh well NEXT TIME!

This was a nice place.  The service was good and the coordination was all due to our server Jennifer.  She handled the table seating 7, with a birthday thrown in, like a pro. The food was delicious and all 7 guests enjoyed their meals.  The impressive part was the timing of the meals.  The food arrived in the proper sequence and timing.  There was no food pile-up and that is/was done by Jennifer.  Despite her quick responses, her mind was moving quickly to keep it all going in proper everything. The only negative is the presence of wet floor signage abandoned on a dry day.  This may seem minor but the minor things are what makes it a 5-star.  Jennifer, as a server, was on her game.

Poor quality STEAK. Tough and mostly fatty grissel. Roadhouse meats have gone down hill. They even had steaks in window with brown on them. Try finding some good quality steak!!

We had a great Sunday lunch at the Chambersburg location. We were served by a wonderful waitress Tammy, she was quick and friendly and made sure we never had to wait on drinks my favorite. The food is pretty decent. We all had steaks. The sweet potatoes were our favorite. A staff member named Chloe checked in on us she was very nice and friendly as well.

My 12oz ribeye was very tender and cooked to order perfectly. The server did not forget my request to double load my baked potato.  Service was great! The music playing in the background was awesome.Food: 5/5

Honestly we went on a date, the steak was over cooked and the price on the menu was less then the price on the bill. False advertising. Overall I will not be going back.Food: 1/5

Had dinner at this location and it was pretty busy. Despite that, they had all the food out quickly and it was great. Super friendly staff and no issues.Recommended dishesCactus Bloomin Onion, Fresh Rolls

Honestly,  We were in a rather large group and called far in advance and yet they sat us at 2 different tables with 2 different waiters and waitresses.. my Salmon was over cooked and so was the shrimp I added definitely not worth the price! I suggest going to Save a lot and getting what I have pictured for far less if you want salmon and a shrimp!! BTW my total was $38 and some change for a 5 oz piece of salmon with a baked potato and rice as my two sides and I added their six pieces of shrimp again it was overcooked too!  Pictured here is Applewood smoked Salmon it was a two pack from Save a Lot for less than $8  and I got a Teriyaki Sesame  pack also I'm gonna try later! When going to leave I wanted to take my overpriced fountain soda which was still full to go but our waitress was awol, I  said,  look one way or another I'm taking my drink with me.. eventually the hostess said well someone can make you a new one,  I replied,  I don't need a need a new one there's no need to waste this full one,  it was deliciously made and I'll say it was the best part of the meal,  I just need it put in a to go cup then finding our waitress was a task in itself all around a prime example as to why I will never return to this Texas Roadhouse.. I'll stick to Red Lobster thanks!
