It was my first time at Texas Roadhouse, and I must say I had a great experience. I wanted to be seated, but the hosts insisted on sitting at the bar, which is understandable they were pretty crowded for a Wednesday night. The bartenders were amazing. They were attentive and observant. The food was amazing and so were the drinks.Food: 5/5

Conveniently located in the shopping complex, this Texas Roadhouse is the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat. The wait time was minimal if at all. The facilities were well maintained. The food was prepared so quickly we didn't even have time to finish our salad. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. I highly recommend this establishment.

We’re excited to have our dinner as we celebrate my husband’s birthday with our fave go to legendary food and service restaurant But unfortunately had an unpleasant dining experience with this branch .The server at first was fine but failed to deliver great customer experience .We were very disappointed because we followed up for our appetizer and decided to cancel it since another server delivered the main course dinner meal . VIP club offers for my husband’s birthday was not served as well.My country dinner meal grilled Pork chops with seasoned rice and fries was such a frustration because of uncooked pork .Appreciate though the good gesture of taking it off the bill considering I only had a very small portion of it .Overall experience FAIR enough.

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday just a couple minutes past noon. We were seated right away, no waiting. The sweet rolls were really good and we enjoyed the cinnamon sugar butter on them also. Our food arrived in a timely fashion, and was hot and delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant!Food: 5/5

There’s always a long wait however it is worth it. Huge portion size and all the food tastes great. Steak was huge for the price and comes with 2 sides. Lunch special has plenty of variety options as well. Service was fantastic and the decorations in the restaurant was also unique.Food: 5/5

I would not recommend this texas road house in cheektowanda, NY. To begin with had reservations, checked in with the hostage to be told it would be 10 more minutes stood in  line only to be told to get in anther line to be seated. Our server did not take our order correctly. Asked for a baked potato with cheese and bacon only no rub on the steak. Potato came with sour cream ,steak with rub. My wife steak was ice cold and her sweet potato was burnt. Sent her dish back to get a hot steak after 10 minutes wait time steak came back so so sweet potato was burnt again. Thanks for a disappointing meal.

Coming on a weekday around 615  expect a long wait. They told us 25 to 30 minute wait but it ended up being closer to 45 minutes. Service was great as always, they do have really good steaks here but the problem is getting them to cook them correctly. The steak in the photo was ordered medium well and it was more like medium rare. The country fried chicken was basically the same flavor as a chicken finger. It was like a big flattened out chicken finger and the white cream gravy that came on the side had a very unique flavor unlike other gravy I've had. It had almost a cheesy flavor with a hint of smokiness. Texture was nice and creamy though. The best thing at this restaurant are the rattlesnake bites. They're absolutely delicious and addicting. They're one of the best appetizers I've ever had at any restaurant. Most of the food here is mediocre. The steaks are good and they have good flavor but they need to pay better attention on how they cook them.

I need to start by saying how great the staff and service was. The food arrived quickly and we were well taken care off. The food is as good as I remember as the last time I had Texas Roadhouse was more than 4 years ago. It was a fun experience as well as I got to play trivia with people in different locations. Looking forward to the next time we eat here.

Very polite and professional staff. Best I have had in a Texas Roadhouse. Manager team did a great job of checking on customers throughout, even with the amount of tables being used. Food tasted great. Sweet potatoes are a definite with any steak, and the rolls are always a winner.Food: 5/5

Absolutely delicious!  We were greeted and sat within minutes, regardless of how busy it was. Warm dinner rolls served with a delicious honey cinnamon butter.  Plenty of tvs, helps put the phones away during a nice dinner!  Great service by our server “Ward” Very attentive and professional. I will definitely be back! And by the sounds of it in that place, it seems like a great location to plan your next birthday party! There was a birthday going on while we were there and it seemed like they were having an amazing time!  The food overall was very good! Such a comfortable atmosphere!
