Actually had the best service from a guy named Andy. And I mean probably better than any place I've been. Took our drink orders, and an order for one app, and brought the app to our table with the beers! So fast, I couldn't believe the app was even made yet. Made sure to keep checking up on us the entire time. Great server. 10/10 would be back again!!!!
Had to take one star for a mishap, but everything otherwise was really quite perfect and delicious. Definitely going to keep comingFood: 5/5
You can never go wrong when sharing one of their cactus blossoms as an appetizer and it's impossible to have just one of their cinnamon buttered rolls! After that and finishing up a salad we are always full and are able to take the rest home for a later meal. That's why we love us some Texas Roadhouse!Food: 5/5

Our family has not been here in several years. We decided to go and so glad we did. The place was packed. The service was great. The manager checked on us, and the food was outstanding. We have high standards for food, and we all agree that all our food gets a 9-9.5. Delicious. We will be back! Cheers to the staff for doing a great job on a very busy night!
We got seated at about 7:15. Drinks and appetizers came very quickly which was amazing. But then 4 different parties came in after us and they got their food and were done eating and left before we ever even got our food. We only ordered the chicken options. Nothing that takes 2 freakin hours. I mean how long does it take to fry up some chicken and dab some potatoes on the side. My husband and I were about ready to leave when the lady came with our food but the fact it took so long and we were already frustrated we done lost our appetite to even eat. Ordered boxes and left. I don't think we will be coming back any time soon

Went to Texas Roadhouse while traveling thru Elkhart Indiana. Sadie was my server and she was fabulous. She checked on me several times. My food was really good as I expected. Since I was a first timer at that particular store I got a coupon for a free appetizer. I’ll be using that at a local Texas Roadhouse. The manager came by to take to me. We had a good conversation. Unfortunately I can not recall her name. Great experience. I’ll stop by on my next trip through.
We got there at a little after 4. We had called ahead for seating. I can not chew very well, so I haven't had a steak in 4 years. I was sooo hungry for one. I did order the prime rib. It was so tender I hardly had to chew it. Flavor was excellent. Our servers were so nice. They announced my grandson's birthday, when he told them. The whole place gave a big Texas Roadhouse 'yeh haw', and my grandson loved it. The whole experience was very memorable for all of us. If you want to get in on the weekends, go early unless you don't mind waiting. They opened at 3:00pm. We got there about 4, and they were already over half full.
Valentine’s Day meal with my wife. Did the dinner special. My chicken wasn’t at temperature, waitress never removed used dishes as we finished. Disappointing to say the least. Food: 3/5
