Celebrated Valentine's Day as did so many others and we couldn't have been happier! The food was top tier, Kenzie was so sweet and attentive, phenomenal server. Definitely a great Valentine's Day in the books and look forward to many more here!Food: 5/5

We went around 5 yesterday 9/5 and were promptly seated. It was beginning to get busy but our server, Noah, got right to us. The food was on point as usual with the table getting a big variety. The timing between appetizers and the actual meal was perfect. Noah was prompt with refills, helped me with a suggestion I hadn't tried before and was an overall wonderful server!

Went to Texas Roadhouse again and tried new items and they did not disappoint, plus the service is always greatFood: 5/5

Great food and staff entertainment. The staff is really amazing here, I have never seen another Texas Roadhouse like this one. Great vibes, music, food and fun! Appears as if everyone is loving their jobs. Road kill, chopped steak, was tasty and fairly priced. Rolls were to die for!

Third time this has happened, so I am finally writing a review.  Dinner started out nice.  Drinks were good, my salad was good, but then the main dishes came out.  I ordered a 12 ounce new york strip.  Very well known for being a lean cut of meat.  Mine might as well have been 75 percent fat.  I had to spit out 3 bites because they were inedible.  Not only that, but it the steak was also way over salted.  My wife ordered a 6 ounce sirloin with a side of rice.  Both the steak and rice were over salted, the rice to the point where it could not be eaten.  Her steak she ordered medium, and it was way over cooked.  It shouldn't take over 2 minutes to chew one bite, but she had to spit several out as they could not be chewed.  When the waitress came by to see if we were done eating, we told her about the issues.  Her response was "Yeah, its hit or miss."  What kind of place is management running here?  This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened.  Very disappointed.  Switching to Longhorn.  Will never be back.

I have never been one to leave a bad review. I work in the restaurant industry myself as a server and i truly understand things are ran differently everywhere. But, today was my 21st birthday and my birthday dinner went down south quickly tonight at this establishment. The manager on duty yelling at my entire family and refusing a military discount was just not even it. I finally got to get a drink after being denied the use of the paper ID i got just this morning and was so excited to use for the first time, i had to eventually show my *almost* expire ID to be able to order anything on the drink menu it expires at exactly midnight tonight but the beginning stage of being made to feel that this birthday wasn’t a big milestone was pretty upsetting. Our waitress was not terrible but she wasn’t great either. The manager on duty at this establishment on 01/10/2024 at approximately 3:30-4pm ish was extremely disrespectful and did not handle things in a very manager like manner. I definitely don’t intend to come back here and neither do any of my family which is probably good news for you guys. Denying a military discount and beating around the bush as to why you are is just disrespectful. Not to mention this establishment granted a military discount a year prior as i celebrated my birthday here last year and service was amazing. I’m not sure where everything went bad in a years time.  Do better.

Veteran parking, veteran discount. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was great, the music wasn't so loud you could hear yourself think. We will definitely be going again.Food: 5/5

I was very disappointed on how our family was treated at this location. My sister scheduled a birthday dinner for my niece. We were told upon arrival that we couldn’t sit at the table that was reserved for our family. I drove a long way to have to be apart from our family. They told us that the ladies had to have a table. They sat them in the middle of us. I apologized to the women that I had to keep going back and for to see my family. They informed that they didn’t want a table they wanted a booth and that they lied about them requesting only a table. They offered to switch but we just sat because we didn’t want to cause any issues. I’m very disappointed. I love coming Texas Roadhouse but I pray that you all do better. I’m a business owner and I’m in hospitality and this is unacceptable customer service. I paid and tipped my server even though you all made my visit with my family very sad! Please do better.!

Without hesitation, he performed the Heimlich maneuver, expertly and calmly, saving the woman's life. This act of bravery and skill went far beyond the usual service expectations, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present. It's not just the quality of the food that makes a restaurant great, but also the quality of its people. This waiter's heroic action and the staff's overall response to the emergency were commendable. Texas Roadhouse not only served up delicious meals but also showcased a remarkable commitment to customer safety and well-being.
