Having to wait 40 minutes on a Saturday night around 6:30 was to be expected.  Very friendly service going in and getting seated.  The food was decent but the service from there on out was terrible.  We only only saw our server 3 times for the entire meal.  Once to take our order, once to see if we wanted desert and the last time to bring us our check.  We had better service from the young lady that brought us our food than our own server.  She had to bring us our silverware for the server didn't any notice that we didn't have any.  When the server asked about desert, my wife ordered me another beer which we never received.  When he came back and I asked about it he looked totally lost.  The manager did try to give it to me for free, but what was the point since we were done with our meal and ready to leave.  This is only the second time that we have eaten their and our first experience did result with a server who actually new how to serve.  Not sure that we will be going back!

This Texas Roadhouse compares fairly similar to others. Tons of food, amazing bread/peanuts, and some of the best steak around. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 is because I think it's creepy when all the staff is forced to dance and I'm not a fan of people yelling. But man the food though.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. Spent an hour waiting for our party of 10 to be seated. The host kept telling us we were first on the list of parties and that we would wait 5-10 minutes every time we asked (3-4 times).  I went to the restroom and saw an open table so I suggested to the host we be seated there. He went on to tell me that the table he had for us would be much better and that it would be available shortly. He went on to call in a party of 20 and seat them before us when we had been there way before and supposedly were on “top of the list”. What kind of host can find 10 people a table. We walked in just before the place started getting full and yet couldn’t have a seat for us. I have been there multiple times and never had such a bad experience. Very incompetent seating staff that ruined my family get together with family that came in from out of town. We ended up leaving since the host kept seating parties and apparently choosing not to seat us time and time again.

Great as always  love the rice if you've never had it you should try it.yumm.  Roadkill loaded wonderful. Our waitress smiles and courtesy was very much appreciated. I think her name was Ali.

If you have a large group of people who cant agree on one place to go this is the place! They have something for everyone and the rolls are to die for! Service is great and food is even better they are super busy all the time so I strongly recommend calling ahead so you can be seated faster!
