Salad was wilted. Meat was tender but not seasoned. Service was excellent.

In the past the food has always been good service not always stellar however Chara was exception outstanding service very organized and of course the steak was perfect

Actually, I wasn't at Texas T-Bone. I was next door at We ❤ Papusas, and they have excellent  El Salvadoran/Hispanic food at nice affordable prices! I have also been to Texas T-Bone before, their food is alright but pretty pricey. If they served organic grass fed beef, I'd probably enjoy it more since that's what I was raised on and the commercial beef just doesn't taste right to me, so the five stars  are actually for We ❤ Papusas. I'd give Texas T-Bone only three stars.

Just driving through Nebraska and found on the internet.  Best steak we've had in over 3 years.  Med rare and med well were both tender and juicy.  Cook and waitress outdid themselves.  Will definitely make sure next time through to plan on dinnertime.
