I saw Dr. Franklin and his staff for the treatment of varicose and spider veins. Not only was Dr. Franklin and his team kind and professional, the results were amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin and his entire staff.

My step-daughter tried to go to Dr. Martin's clinic this morning thinking she has strep throat. Dr. Martin's staff wouldn't take the insurance card we texted to our daughter. They said it had to be faxed. We tried faxing and our transmission said their line was busy. In addition, even if they had gotten the fax, they refused to accept payment by phone with a credit card. However, they would accept our daughter's debit card, which meant, that since we couldn't get the I.D. card there, we would have to pay the entire $200 so that she can find out if she has strep throat. However, Chase bank does not allow us to make bank transfers on the weekend, besides, they had all the insurance information available. So then her father wanted to talk to the staff and they refused to get on the line. Therefore, our daughter left and will be making an appointment for Monday elsewhere.
