Sometimes I have good customer service here and sometimes I don't. I really dislike when workers place a customers change/receipt or anything they're handing to you on the counter instead of in your hand. This is something that almost every employee I've encountered at textbook brokers does. Being that customer service is very important to me, I think I will be choosing to give another company my money from now on.

After visiting the other two book stores in town (those that shall not be named), I visited this store. The books I needed were in stock AND were cheapest. They also sell a nice variety of Southern Miss merchandise (shirts, hats, footballs, etc). Friendly staff and good service. Five stars.
