I received everything I ordered and it was warm and tasty. surprised I didn't have to wait 2 hours for it. Had it delivered. Ordered the whiskey glazed Burger combo with loaded mashed potatoes and the whiskey glazed chicken with mac and cheese . The burger was so good but the chicken could've been better

Just left this Fridays in Southfield Michigan. I see why the parking lot is always empty. I ordered chicken strips and they gave me these little nuggets for $15 I took them back and they insisted these are tenders…, They literally gave me half a steak it’s literally cut in half for 30 bucks. Totally waisted my money I’m contacting corporate!!!!

Deshon is great at his job. And my green goddess burger minus American cheese add Cheddar with fresh fries and cold Sam Adams draft can't be beat. Best burger!

Hilary was a wonder waitress. Excellent service. She got our appetizer to us quickly and got our meal to us quickly. Food was nice and fresh tasting. Hilary made sure we were taken care of the whole visit. She took care of multiple tables at the same time without it effecting each tables service. She needs a big raise for her hard work

Had the Jack Daniels burger and fries and it was to die for. A thick juicy burger with all the trimmings and a sauce so delectable I was actually taken aback at how good it was. As a matter of fact I dug into it so quickly that I forgot to take a picture of it. Jayla was the most gracious host, accommodating, attentive, and just downright pleasant to have as a waitress!! I will definitely frequent this location whenever I am in the Michigan area.

RIDICULOUSLY slow service. Everything our server was supposed to be doing, from seating us to eventually bringing menus, to taking our drink order and then the rest of our order, to bringing the bill, it was like she was taking naps in between. We had to wait for everything – and we were the only table she was waiting on. The food was decent, what you'd expect from TGIF.

Server was very nice. Went for lunch. Arrived at 11: 15am when they first opened.  We were instructed to sit at bar due to no servers. Bar was sticky and floors. Server / bartender wiped area down several times and still was sticky.  The food was mediocre. I won't go back it just wasn't the Fridays of past experience.  I will try one in Novi before I give up

We were double charged for a dish we had to send back to be remade. It took 12 minutes to get our bill after we asked for it the first time. Server only had 1 other table.  Food was sub par and service was EXTREMELY slow. Never got a refill. Wasn't offered a box, and didn't dare ask for one it probably would have taken another 20 minutes.

This dine in experience was nothing like the one I had about a year ago. It took about 10-15mins to be sat, meanwhile my cousin and I were the only ones at the door. None of the employees walking by said anything, I went to the To go area to make sure they were still seating guests the young lady said "yes, but we dont have a host". I was ok with that. Within 5 mins we were sat. Waitress ask if we were ready to order, I was ordering a vodka and cranberry the waitress said and I quote "so you want a shot of vodka and cranberry juice, because I don't think the bar can make that" I said no can you  ask the bartender? However the food and drinks were good.  Other things could use some work.

Cool drinks but seriously don’t bother!!! Outlandish price for some mf chips and cheese! $13 bffr. Also the chips which was our appetizer didn’t come till after our meal. Also, if u want a good size meal dont get the sirloin that ain’t no 6 oz. Only got one drink, sat at the bar . Bartender tried but like only I got 1 drink.
