So I don't exactly want to be mean about this, but, place is not what it used to be. There was a time when I frequently ate at this location. There has been around 2 years since the last I ate there and so much has changes. Starting with the menu which was shortened, with some past favorites removed. The food not terrible but nothing stands out either. One person had the pasta dish but returned it for a burger. I think we had one of the better servers waiting on us, she was polite and attentive. This was different from the person that sat us, who I'm guessing was busy with some other duty and we interrupted. Drinks were just okay. Overall this just isn't the establishment it used to be. I don't know if there was a change in management, owners or whatever the case, I'm not sure if they will be on my list of places to go on NW Expressway. Kinda makes me sad. Hope things get better.
Went to this establishment today and was not a good experience from being sat by the host to the table to the waiter. This place is extremely dirty. The employees need a little self care. The waiter we had kept calling my grown son "Boss" of which I cringed with each one. So unprofessional. The walls were filthy. I ordered the cobb salad but when I asked if they make a house dressing the waiter was unfamiliar with that term so asked if they homemade any of the dressings and was unsure nor made any attempt to find out, but what do you expect from a waiter that is wearing a hoodie with his lanyard and keys hanging out from his pant pocket down to his knee cap, shirt untucked. Son ordered boneless wings and house salad. They do put cucumbers on all salads and asked for no cucumbers on both salads. Well low and behold came outbwith cucumbers. Told waiter had cucumbers and said oh sorry I will take it off the bill, the thing is there was no replacement or even offer for another to make it right. The wings that my son ordered were applebutter bbq. I do not recommend. Notice the nice brown and translucent celery sticks that were provided. They had to have been frozen. If you have nothing better than that then don't serve it.
Allow me to tell you about our experience tonight!! We walk in and this place is DEAD! There's 1 guy at the bar and the 2 of us. THATS IT! We get sat down and eventually somebody takes our drink order. 2 waters and one of the advertised cocktails. We were then told to give a second choice incase they didn't have the ingredients for the first one. We order an appetizer at the same time. The minutes pass by. The waters come. About 15 minutes after that the waitress, who was apparently too tired to take our drink order,See picture comes and takes our food order. Another 20 minutes passes by. Still no cocktail, no update on it, no apology. Nothing! We are literally the only people in this whole place and we can't even get a minimal amount of service! FINALLY!! Our entrees make it to the table. But what's this?? No appetizer?? No cocktail?? NOPE! That was the last straw for us. We pushed our plates away and walked out. I WILL NOT be returning to this restraunt. Although, with service like that, I doubt that will be a problem much longer!
The place is very spacious. Lots of boost and tables that sit at. The wings are fantastic. The service was good. And it was a nice experience and I'll definitely come back.Food: 5/5
Tiffany was a great server. The food came out just the way it was ordered. The Whiskey Glazed Burger was very tasty. I'll be back. WadeFood: 5/5
My husband and I were in town for an HVAC job and decided to stop and grab a bite before heading back home. Since our city no longer has a TGI Friday's and it's been YEARS since either of us have eaten there, we decided to stop, moreso to reminisce of the olden days of sizzling chicken and warm pretzels. Let's start with the positive... we were sat rather quickly. The dining area was clean. Our server was a very sweet, soft-spoken young lady with a short blonde afro. She quickly took our drink and brought them promptly and appetizer order and answered all the questions we had. She was very patient even when I was indecisive. Our food was served very hot and fresh. To the negative... the parking lot looked deserted. There wasn't a hostess at the hostess stand, so we had to peek into the dining area to get someone's attention to be seated. When our entrees came out the husband ordered the BIG AF Philly cheesesteak burger, medium well, and I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp entree and a side of lemon-butter broccoli, his burger and fries were in some kind of pink liquid. We thought that maybe the burger was undercooked and it was just juices, but it was actually OVERCOOKED, and we couldn't figure out what the pink liquid was from. The husband said it was inedible and tasted foul. My broccoli had no hint of lemon or butter flavor to it. It was tasted microwaved positive note, it wasn't mushy at all. The main entree tasted scorched... from the burnt cheese to the paper thin chicken breast to the flavorless tail on rubbery shrimp. The only thing good on the entire plate was the mashed potatoes, and they were brown on the bottom! When we asked a staff member to get our server, including the manager, they just yelled out, "HEY, YOUR TABLE WANTS YOU!" The server kept apologizing for the lackluster kitchen, which was by no means her fault. Thankfully, they comped our meals, but we paid for our drinks and appetizer. Now I understand why they never rebuilt TGI Friday's back in our area after the tornado hit so many years ago. Such a disappointment and sad experience.
This is one of the cozies, most down to Earth places to dine. The food is Always Hot, always Flavorful and the staff actually shows you that they are glad to see "an old friend" and not a business transaction.Food: 5/5
My friends and I definitely enjoyed our time at Fridays today! It was my first time going to Fridays here in okc since I’ve been living here just never went. But let me tell you the server that we had Geneva she was super nice and very helpful! Also my sister being the hostess was super helpful as well! Most definitely was funny and embarrassing myself as siblings do lol but my friends and I definitely had a good experience!
We went to the Okc location and Wendy was our server. She was amazing. We ordered our drinks and they came out quicker than many places a eve been at. Our food and appetizer came out and it was exactly what we ordered. We didn't have any issues at all. The hostess and others were very attentive while we were there. Not having one close to us in Arkansas, this was the best dining experience we've had in quite some time.
Ordered an apps trio with garlic parmesan wings, potstickers, and potato skins along with an order of chips and queso. I received the chips and queso, which were stale, but I also received some burnt, soggy chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were completely inedible. I tried calling, but the person I talked to had some excuse that the delivery driver must have given me the wrong order. That somehow the delivery driver must have snuck my apps out of the sealed shut bag and put in a disgusting, inedible mess. But that there's nothing they can do about it cuz they're closed. And quickly rushed me off the phone.
