First Time Customer: This was our first time eating at Thai Basil Restaurant in Sevierville. We started the meal with the sampler platter. Everything was very good, my favorite was the fried pot stickers. The entree options give you a choice of meat, sauce and veggie combinations, and your choice of the grade of spice. My entree was the Beef With brown sauce, i chose mild heat for the spiciness. The beef was tender, the veggies were crisp and the sauce paired nicely. We were very happy with our visit. We were sat without a wait and the staff was extremely nice. The food was delicious and the price was fair for the quality. I highly recommend eating at Thai Basil if you are looking for a delicious meal with a great atmosphere.

We more or less accidentally found this place looking for an old pizza place. After we read the reviews, we decided we should try it. It was GREAT. Yes, don't expect incredible service, but they did fine and we're apologetic. Mainly, the food was TERRIFIC. I would say that I rate it within the top 3 Asian places in the United States for us. My wife isn't even overly a fan of Thai cuisine, however if all Thai were this good, she would be having Pad Thai for breakfast ;-)

I really enjoyed the restaurant. The "town" I come from has never heard of Thai food. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice. I also met Jay Aldrich's brother Jay. It was very nice. I never got to meet their parents, but they must have been wonderful people to have raised two wonderful gentlemen. To my surprise, I really enjoyed the food and the company was incredible!! I strongly suggest you give the restaurant a try, bring people you love and enjoy spending time with. It always helps. Thank you for the experience Sandy and Jay Aldrich. You continue to expand my horizons!!😇😂😚

Every time we have been here the food has been consistently well done. Always made to order and delivered hot to your table. Service is very friendly. The Pad Thai with chicken and the Pad Woonsen done medium are two of our favorites. Mango sticky rice is a great way to end the meal.

Best Thai place in town. Lunch is the best deal. Quality is decent & flavors are on point. I've had several things here & haven't been disappointed.
