Excellent service, atmosphere, and the food is delicious.  Thai Basil Shrimp, authentic, not over spicy, crisp veggies, and tender shrimp. Mister had seafood combination with rice, well seasoned, lots of veggies, and a delicious sauce.  The spring rolls tasted good. Not like the frozen kind. These taste homemade.  Worth the drive. Enjoy!

I had the chicken Pad Thai and is was amazing. Lots of chicken and veterinary and I got it spicy which was great. I also had the Calamari and they were so tender and the dipping sauce was a little sweet and a little spicy and paired well with it. I will definitely be returning!

The worst pad Thai ever.  Ugh, so disappointing.  It was seriously grey and has NO sauce.  Like dry mushy noodles that looked like they had been chopped a million times.  We took a chance bc had decent reviews but threw it straight in the trash.  What a waste.  Can NOT believe they would even pass this grey mush off as pad Thai.  Tried to call to get money back but it was 9 and they didn’t answer.

We love Thai food so love to try different ones.  Tried a few appetizers and two dishes and all were fantastic.  Each dish had their own little spin different from other Thai places and all were well done.  Staff was great and the service was surprisingly quick, Thai is usually a little slow but this was "quick for Thai".  Recommend the Curry Puffs.

Normally I'd give 5 stars but we went New Year's Eve and the food was ok. Service was good, not great. We love this place and will be back. The woman who usually runs the front of house was not there. Maybe that's what happened.Food: 3/5

I've been eating at Thai Orchid since 1999. The food & the service have always been consistent. The best Thai food in Moore County!! I love the staff & enjoy seeing them all the time!! I haven't ever had a bad experience in the 24 years I've been frequenting this establishment.

We ordered take-out for the first time from Thai Orchid on Valentine's Day.  The 4 entrees - Panang Curry, Drunken Noodles, Peanut Chicken and a Shrimp dish were all delicious.  We also ordered 4 spring rolls, which were just OK.  We ordered online which was easy and fast but learned later that it was their first night using the new online system to take orders.  Unfortunately, there were some hiccups in the system and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be ready.  The entrees definitely got a 4 or 5 star, but the service and the cost $91 for 4 people! were what brought it down to 3 stars.  I'm definitely willing to try it again on a less busy night.

Had the fresh s 1 ok not great.   Scallop Pad Thai was kind of dry and lacked some flavor- did have a lot of scallops.

Read the reviews, good and bad before I decided to visit. It was around 7 PM and I called to order carry out. My order was spring rolls, cucumber salad and basil chicken. It was ready in 15 minutes. The man behind the counter was super nice, the facility was decorated decently and the wait staff all had smiles on their faces. I've eaten Thai food at many places around the world and the food here is right at the top of the list with some of the best. I will be returning to this establishment.

Their tofu curry is phenomenal and they definitely know how to spice it correctly! 2 stars will make you sweat, so order your heat level conservatively. The spring rolls are pretty and delicious. Everything is always great. Just plan plenty of time to eat. Dinner will take a while, but it is worth the wait.
