My dinner here was delicious! I had the Medium Panang Curry, Fried Chive Cakes and Thai Iced Tea. The Thai Iced Tea was perfect - sweet and a little bit creamy. The curry was so good! Lots of chicken and veggies but also a lot of sauce for the rice. It was sweet and flavorful and you can definitely taste the coconut. Be warned that the chive cakes are not scallion pancakes. They’re little pieces of what seems like a deep-fried, chive filled batter. Also very good. I would definitely order all of these again but looking forward to my next visit here to try other options on the menu. The service was also great. The women behind the counter were friendly and smiling, helpful, and attentive. I’ll be back!
TYCA has yummy food and good service. The mini fried dumplings are AMAZING! This was my first time trying fried chive cakes & they were good as well. Some other reviews mention having to wait, but there is a sign that clearly states food is made to order and can take up to 30 mins to prepare. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a super rush. We waited about 15-20 mins & it was well worth it.
This is one of the best thai curry places I've been yo. They make everything from scratch which does need some time but worth the wait. The curry was fresh and very flavorful. Highly recommend if looking for good thai food in a simple setting. This place is in the food court on the basement, so can be difficult to find
Paul was a great server. I had the fried rice with sweet sausage. Wow amazing. And the fried chive cakes hit the spot. Definitely coming back. Don't forget the Thai tea. A Plus. To tell you the truth it was the good energy that did it for me. Life is already dark no need to make it darker with bad customer service. Thank you paul.Food: 5/5
Picked up the chicken pad Thai and it was delicious, not overdone and very flavorful. Shrimp rolls were tasty, the whole meal hit the spot. Turnaround was quick and pick up was easy. Seating is always an adventure in DeKalb, so be prepared to consume your noodles elsewhere
I tend to get takeout here weekly. The service is quick and the food is tasty. You can customize your spice level by asking for it medium or extra spicy, for example. The fried rice portion is large. I eat it over the course of two meals. The fried rice is pretty good, though sometimes I wish it had more flavor besides the spice.
Allegedly Chicken fried rice. Container of white bland rice a scallions and few carrot pieces. Topped with a few steamed chicken breast pieces. Did I mention bland? A $15 container of nothingness took almost 30mins. Fool me once..
So good! We sat at the counter to eat and everything was brought hot and fresh and cooked to order. We got the steamed pork buns for an app and then each got a noodle dish. Will definitely be back!Recommended dishesPad Si Eew
I ordered a basil stir fry at 6:34pm on Wednesday and got it at 7:07pm. Took a bit more than 30 mins to finish and the waiter obnoxiously says "thank you for waiting" I wouldn't have wrote this review if it wasn't blatantly obvious that my order was out of order versus the other orders. I.e. I had order 96, but 99 and 98 all got their orders out before mine. They wasted my time. Please pay attention, as I will not order from here again. Food was good though.
Thank You Come Again serves approachable Thai in the Dekalb Market Hall, almost in the center of the cavern. Favorite dishes include: Fried mini dumplings, pineapple fried rice, pad kee mau or "spicy hobo" wide rice noodles, woonsen noodles with shrimp glass noodles with veggies and a light soy sauce. Orders made fresh waits of 10 minutes if there's no line, have a perfect "wok hei" smokiness to them. Prices are fair, portions are solid for a solo dinner, or split with an appetizer for a lunch.
